Coaching for the technical mind — identity, decision-making, resilience.

I'm a coach with a long-standing background in IT. I focus on the human side of technical work — the professional identity of developers and engineers, performing under pressure, and making decisions in uncertainty.

I studied biomedical engineering and have spent more than 20 years in IT — from startups to enterprises, in roles spanning development, architecture, and team leadership. Building on that experience, I completed training in psychological coaching under Radvan Bahbouh (QED Group).

My work draws on managerial and cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and biohacking — fields that describe how the human mind operates under load and how it can be deliberately supported. In coaching I connect this frame with the day-to-day reality of people working in tech.

Psychological coaching for tech professionals in the AI era.

I'm a coach. I focus on the psychology of working in IT and the human impact of AI transformation — professional identity, cognitive overload, and finding footing in uncertainty.

My foundation is training in psychological coaching under Radvan Bahbouh (QED Group) and 310 hours of daseinsanalytic experiential work. I'm concurrently completing a degree in psychology. I coach both one-on-one and within corporate programs.

I've followed the tech industry closely for years, and I'm drawn to the psychological frame around the questions it raises — from demands on cognitive performance to team dynamics to the shift in professional identity during eras of rapid technological change.
